Links

Some links that could be useful or interesting.

WineTitles This site has a good booklist, they have the abstracts of the Australian Journal of Viticulture, and they have much of the Australian and New Zealand Wine Industry Directory online.
Australian Journal of Grape and Wine Research This is a pretty cool place to go because the have all the abstracts free on-line, and you can search!
Australian Wine Research Institute A bit boring, but check out their links. Australia has a brilliant research program that is co-operative, and closely tied to industry. Also follow their link to the University of Adelaide internet resources.
Oenology Datase

This site has a searchable database with links to some good information and resources. If you're looking for something specific, give it go and sift through the results.

AJEV The home of the American Journal of Enology and Viticulture. Get there from the ASEV page. They now have abstracts available on-line, in handy .pdf format!!.
UC Davis The UC Davis site. They have some good info and links here.
American Vineyard Stuff UC Davis used to put on their site that was sometimes quite useful - obviously occasionally too useful so they seem to have stopped putting it up for free.
Vitis-VEA This is a very cool place for searching through up-to-date Viticulture and Enology abstracts. Great place to get real information.
Journal International des Sciences de la Vigne &du Vin This journal looks really good if you're fluent in french (and I'm not!). They have articles or abstracts available to view online free.
Journal of the Science of Food and Agriculture This journal often has good enology papers, and the abstracts can be viewed for free. I haven't included a link for the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, which is a slightly better source of enology papers, but they make you pay to view abstracts!!
Wynboer An online publication of technical viticultural and oenological information from the South African wine industry.
Practical Winery & Vineyard Magazine The website of the US magazine. They have some very good articles on-line covering a range of vineyard and winery topics.
SmallOak Wine consultants from Stellenbosch University, these guys have a good site, and are collecting together technical information to make available. Get into their forum - it's a good thing
Cuisine Magazine

Cuisine is no technical wine site, but if you are here, you must like to cook and eat good food, and match it with good wine. This is a brilliant resource of great food ideas and recipes. They do good wine reviews too, mostly of NZ and Australian wines.
